China Mobile has build more than 1.1 million 5G base stations

Recently, China Mobile Group announced that China Mobile's 5G-related investment reached 58.7 billion CNY in the first half of 2022. Up to now, China Mobile has build more than 1.1 million 5G base stations in China, accounting for more than 50% of the country's 5G base stations.

According to the someone who is in charge of China Mobile, in the past 10 years, China Mobile has completed fixed asset investment of 2 trillion CNY, and optical fiber to households has covered 600 million households. At the same time, China Mobile has actively implemented the deployment of the national "East and West Computing" project, increasing cloud servers from 240,000 to 600,000.

It is understood that from 2012 to 2021, China Mobile has achieved a total operating revenue of 7.2 trillion CNY, including 6.5 trillion CNY from main business. In 2021, the operating revenue achieved a double-digit growth of 10.3%, the growth rate hit a 10-year high.
